Here are all our key policies that are regularly updated. All staff are Enhanced DBS Checked and trained to understand and follow all policies. Our staff receive regular in-house and external training from organisations such as 'The Autism Specialists' as well as complete a variety of 'Educare' courses. All staff are trained to a minimum of Level 2 in child protection and safeguarding with multiple staff being Level 3.
