Consultation Services

Flourish at The Farm has a team of Consultants who aim to support, inform and inspire staff. We assist a wide variety of educational and therapeutic settings who work alongside children with SEND and SEMH challenges. We provide and develop training packages and advise in the following areas:

  • Student transitions and school reengagement.

  • The successful and informed onboarding of Students into an education setting.

  • Staff training in many areas including delivery methods, student regulation techniques, and understanding the needs of each unique student.

  • Health and wellbeing support for both staff and students

  • Developing clear processes and markers for all staff in order to support a wide variety of frontline activity and challenges.

  • Creating a safe and nurturing environment for all students with additional needs.
